must be accompanied by the increased fees as follows:
1 year - $175.00 3 years - $350.00 4 years - $525.00 5 years - $700.00

Years after the Clean Water Act of 1972 was adopted, EPA completed rules intended to implement the requirement that stormwater discharges be included in the NPDES permit program. Since Iowa was delegated the NPDES program for wastewater discharges, delegation was requested for stormwater discharges as well.
